He contributed his music to the Indi pop album Paisa as well. After Aagosh failed, Anandh stepped back to writing jingles for advertisements.

It is director Pradeep Sarkar who got him to compose music for Lafangey Parindey starring Deepika and Neil Nitin Mukesh.

In an interview, the director said that Zor was his debut as a music director. It was a good experience but then he realized he wasn’t experienced enough to make it his career therefore, he got back to advertising. He also said that his love for ads is deeper than films. He further adds that, even after having scored music for Pradeep Sarkar’s Lafangey Parindey, he is not a skillful music director.
