FISHHOEK, SOUTH AFRICA (GaeaTimes.com)- 45-year-old Fiona Coyne, the presenter of the show “Weakest Link” has died reportedly. A reputed media source on Wednesday came up with news that Fiona Coyne was found dead by the police at her Cape Town residence. The news of the death of the presenter, who is known for her sharp wit and comments in the television show, was confirmed to media sources by Captain Stephen Knap who asserted that he can confirm that Fiona Coyne was dead. The officer was reportedly present at the property of the presenter in Fishhoek. However, he declined to divulge any further details about the death of the television personality.

Many news reports surfaced early on Wednesday claiming that the presenter had died in a fatal car accident. The news went viral on web that some Cape Town Police officer has confirmed the death of the presenter in the car accident. However, later reports claimed that Fiona Coyne was found dead in her residence. The manner of death of the presenter has not been made public as of yet. It is also not known whether Fiona Coyne had committed suicide. However, the untimely death of the presenter of “Weakest Link” has shocked the fans of the show that had made Fiona Coyne a household name.
