Dr. Laura Schlessinger Amidst Racial Controversy

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — Dr. Lura Schlessinger was caught in the wrong foot as she allegedly used the ‘n-word’ several times this week. She made this controversial statements during a conversation with a caller in a radio talk show that she hosts. Laura has already apologized saying “I did the wrong thing.”

Dr. Laura explained the facts to press. According to her she went deep into the conversation and was trying to “make a philosophical point.” The caller was an African-American women who wanted Laura to advice her on how she could deal with her white husband. The woman complained that her husband allowed their friends and neighbors to talk things that could be considered racist. Laura was totally taken aback with the unexpected consequences and said that she was really sorry about the set of mishaps.

Laura Catherine Schlessinger was born on January 16, 1947. She is an American talk radio host, socially conservative commentator and author. Her call-in radio program occasionally features short monologues on social and political topics. It is mostly made up of her responses to callers’ requests for personal advice.

Sharpton revealed some facts in his Laura specific interview telling,

“Well, her first reaction was that people use the n-word all along and you are being too sensitive or something to that effect, and at no point until after the outrage that followed did she come back today and say it was wrong.”
