Whos The Special Contestant On Fear Factor?

August 9, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The suspense was long lifted over ‘Fear Factor – Khatron Ke Khiladi 3’. The world knew the host (Priyanka Chopra) and most of the contestants. The press conference was going to be a mere formality. However, suspense was created when Priyanka Chopra revealed all but one contestant.
“The last contestant is a special one. We’re not revealing his name yet”, said Priyanka Chopra.
This comment pumped the excitement level up among the journos, who quizzed one and all to unearth the ‘special’ one. Some even questioned few contestants, but none were prepared to spill beans. Some were surprised themselves to hear of the ‘special’ one.
Later on, we scrolled through the press release and discovered that one person whose name wasn’t mentioned was Angad Bedi. Now could he be the ‘special’ one? Honestly speaking, there’s nothing special about Bedi, except his father’s name Bishan who was a great Indian cricketer.
We spoke to a publicist who chose not to read too much into Priyanka’s ‘special’ one. We were told that Bedi is the thirteenth contestant.
Well, Colors is known to throw surprises. Thus we will still keep our fingers crossed. Perhaps, it won’t be a special 13 but a special 14.
