ORLANDO (GaeaTimes.com)- Kate Gosselin is back into the world of reality television but minus her ex-husband. On Sunday night the TLC aired the first episode of the “Kate Plus Eight”. The premier episode of “Kate Plus Eight” showed Kate and her children visiting Orlando’s Discovery Cove. The episode showed not only the beauty of Discovery Cove amusement park with its dolphins and collection of rare birds but also the beast which scared Kate Gosselin out of her skin. The TLC took enough care to hold on to the attention of the viewers and the first episode of the show turned out to be an interesting one with the birthday celebration of the sextuplets.

Kate Gosselin was invited to visit the Discovery Cove by the management of the amusement park who sent an email. The family of Kate Gosselin was joined by her best friend Jamie. To greet the Gosselin family at the airport the Discovery Cove brought penguins to the surprise of all. At the park, the kids had a great time as they got the opportunity to feed the birds and then swim with the dolphins. The Kids also rode on the dolphins at the Discovery Cove. However the scariest part of the show dawned when the birthday bunch went for a boat ride in the Florida Everglades. During their boat ride they got quite close to a female alligator that was protecting her eggs. The sight of the alligator frightened Kate Gosselin who went on to squeal.

The Discovery Cove visit of the six children along with Kate Gosselin not only attracted adult viewers but also children who liked the ‘Plus 8′ feeding the birds and riding the dolphin. Viewers are now looking forward to the next episode and adventure of the kids in “Kate Plus 8″.
