Bret Michaels Condition

Los Angeles (GaeaTimes.com) According to latest reports, Bret Michaels is in critical condition after suffering from a brain hemorrhage. He was admitted to hospital on April 22 after suffering from excruciating headache. Doctors diagnosed him with subarachnoid hemorrhage. In layman’s terms this is bleeding at the base of his brain stem. The cause of the bleeding is not yet known. Further tests are scheduled to locate the source of bleeding. There is no information about where Bret Michaels is hospitalized but allegedly, he is still in the intensive care unit under 24 hour doctor care and supervision.

Bret Michael’s father Wally Sychak said that he spoke with him Saturday morning. He also added that Bret sounded upbeat and positive. The publicist of Michaels informed that the rocker is conscious but his speech is slurred due to the hemorrhage. He reports

Bret is a fighter and we are hopeful that once all is complete, the slurred speech, blurred vision and dizziness etc. will be eliminated and all functions will return to normal.

Earlier this month he was admitted to hospital with agonizing pain in the stomach. He had to undergo an emergency appendectomy operation. In addition, he had diabetes which hindered his recovery rate after his appendix was removed.

The 47 year old rocker is best known as the lead vocalist of the glam metal band Poison. He also has several solo albums besides his attachment with the band. He acted as a judge on the talent show Nashville Star. He also a contestant on the NBC’s reality show Celebrity Apprentice.

Bret is not montoring his own health. If he has bad diabetes, he should not be drinking. And he admitted that he had gotten slammed the night before filming on Celebrity Apprentice.!!stop drinking
