Doherty Voted Off Dancing With The Stars

Actress SHANNEN DOHERTY became the first celebrity to be booted off U.S. reality show DANCING WITH THE STARS on Tuesday (30Mar10), after viewers voted to save PAMELA ANDERSON.
The sexy stars found themselves in the bottom two of the contest, despite receiving good scores from the judges on Monday (29Mar10).
It was Doherty who discovered her time on the dancing show was over - and she revealed her professional partner, Mark Ballas, was nursing a serious leg injury which would have ruled him out of the series.
She says, “I think dancing isn’t really my thing. I’m an actor and it’s what I love to do. I did this for my dad and I did exactly what I wanted and I think it’s kind of fate that my partner is hurt and he’s out for six weeks and, to be honest, I wouldn’t want to go on without Mark.”
