Fanning Celebrates Sweet 16

Actress DAKOTA FANNING celebrated her 16th birthday with a low-key dinner with friends and family in Los Angeles on Saturday night (20Feb10).
The War of the Worlds star - who will mark the milestone age on Tuesday (23Feb10) - hosted a sweet 16 bash at Beverly Hills hotspot Villa Blanca with around 40 guests, including her parents.
Fanning was presented with a three-tier chocolate mousse birthday cake during the celebrations, according to E! Online, and partied until 11pm with her pals.
A source tells the website, “She looked like she was having fun and was really cool. She was talking to her friends and laughing all night.”
