Will Logan Lerman be the new ‘Spider-Man’?

LONDON - Hollywood actor Logan Lerman has emerged as the frontrunner to take over the role of Tobey Maguire in the new Spider-Man movie.
The young star of upcoming film Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief has revealed that he is in talks to play the superhero’s alter-ego, Peter Parker, in a movie prequel, reported contactmusic.com.
“There have been a few discussions, its definitely something Im looking into. Its one of my favourite characters ever and Im a huge fan of the series. Id love to have more conversations about it. Im definitely very interested in it, said Lerman.
The new film came about when Maguire and Spider-Man 4 director Sam Raimi quit the project last month.
