MJ thought media was racist against him

WASHINGTON - News tapes that have surfaced have revealed that Michael Jackson considered the media presented his bad image to the public, as he was the first black singer to win over white audience.
“You had (Harry) Belafonte, you had Sammy (Davis Jr.), you had Nat King Cole. People loved their music, but they didn’t get adulation, they didn’t get crying,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying in the tapes.
“I was the first one to break the ice, break the mould, where white girls, Scottish girls, Irish girls are screaming, ‘I’m in love with you, I want to…’
“And that gave a lot of the white press, they didn’t like that, and that’s why they started the stories. ‘He’s weird, he’s gay, he sleeps in a hyperbaric chamber, he wants to buy the Elephant Man bones.’
“Anything that turned people against me. They tried their hardest,” he added.
Jackson’s friend Rabbi Shmuley Boteach had recorded the interviews between 1999 and 2001. (ANI)

well josh you sound like a real idiot, beacause you could never compare michael to madonna. Madonna never had to deal with the bull shit that michael had to deal with and yes hes right they tried everything to turn people against him, because he was the best, and i wouldnt doubt it if race played a contributing factor to the hateful lies and rumors. |

Its aways ablot race is it not, blacks are just as racist as whites and its sad because it should not matter, stop using the race card to get what you want , Jackson was filty rich clearly race had nothing to do with it |
