WASHINGTON DC, (GaeaTimes.com)- Rachael Leigh Cook joins Geena Davis, The Creative Coalition, Girl Scouts of USA to pretest against the perfect, but false portrayal of female celebrity images by the media. This especially includes airbrushing and other similar technical tricks, that improvises on the looks of these actresses and models in a way which is far from reality.

Rachael Leigh Cook says that , if someone looks at these celebrities in real life, without make up, or simply behind the camera, they can hardly be recognized. Even their candid photos are very different from the one that is manipulated. According to her, if false advertisement of products and commodities is a crime, then, so is airbrushing and image manipulation, as that is also a type of false advertisement done for the celebrities, who are nothing but media products. What disheartens the “She’s All That” star even more is that these images are actually sold to the public, packaging and portraying them as real, and vulnerable young girls false prey to it. They try to compete with these illusive false images and harm themselves and it is rather impossible to be at par with these high standards, set by the media, with the help of technical support. The main problems faced by the young girls, especially the ambitious ones, is eating problems leading to other health issues. Washington DC, United States

Rachael Leigh Cook says that she feels miserable to be a part of an industry that cheats people and in certain cases harms them, by portraying such images that are way from real. She feels that the television industry and the film industry should be more honest about the celebrity images that are meant for the public.
