Oksana names key witness in Mel Gibson domestic violence case

WASHINGTON - Mel Gibson’s ex Oksana Grigorieva has apparently told Sheriff’s deputies that there was another person present the night the actor allegedly assaulted her.

According to sources close to Grigorieva, she said that a man named Tony, who she claims to be a security guard and driver for Mel, was in the house the night of the alleged assault, reports TMZ.com.

Grigorieva also told investigators she’s positive Tony was at Mel’s Malibu home that night and she believes he saw at least part of the altercation-though she’s unsure how much he actually witnessed. (ANI)
