NEW YORK - Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol showcased her acting skills in a video of her own for an Alaskan band just days after her former boyfriend Levi Johnston appeared in an R and B music video, according to a report.
“I think my role is like a Mother Nature role,” the New York Post quoted her as saying of her part in the film for Alaskan rock band Static Cycle’s single “Inside This World of Mine.”
“I wore a mink coat with a big fur hat … My eyebrows were all iced and my eyelashes were all iced,” the 19-year-old “Dancing with the Stars” contestant added.
The film was shot primarily in an ice hotel located in Chena, Alaska — 20 miles outside of Fairbanks, reported ET Online.
Johnston displayed his acting expertise caressing and canoodling with R and B singer Brittani Senser in the video for her song “After Love”-which tells the story of young couple (Senser and Johnston) being torn apart by Senser’s disapproving mother.
A rep for Johnston said the 20-year-old father of Palin’s son, Tripp, wanted to star in the music video because “it was more involved” and would demonstrate his acting ability following his appearance in a commercial for Wonderful Pistachios in October 2009. (ANI)
