Designers Can’t Make a Dress For Christina Hendricks

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — The voluptuous Mad Men star Christina Hendricks is not particularly jovial at the moment. All the major fashion designers seems to have snubbed her. She is not getting any of the ultra chic dresses loaned to her for awards nights. Any Hollywood celebrity would tell you that such “loans” are just another perk for being fabulous, but sadly Christina is not getting any because of her generous figure.

Hendricks is supposed to have a size of about 14 from estimates. Sadly these figures are not on the design list of any fashion house at the moment. The gorgeous gowns are almost uniformly of the size 0 or 2. On her recent showstopping red carpet appearance at the Emmy’s where she wore a lilac number from designer Zac Posen she said

Not one designer in town will loan me a dress. They only lend out a size 0 or 2. So I’m still struggling for someone to give me a darn dress.

Regardless Christina Hendricks has become one of the hottest celebrities in town. Women across America are probably playing that she becomes the flag bearer of the new full figure trend. Interestingly the Esquire magazine recently featured her on their May 2010 cover. Additionally she was named as “Best Looking Woman in America” on an online poll recently beating beauties like Megan Fox.
