Montana Fishburne Being Helped By Father

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Even though Laurence Fishburne is not happy about his daughter Montana Fishburne’s career choice of entering into the porn industry, the father is reportedly helping the daughter to sort out her legal troubles. According to media sources, despite allegedly cutting all ties with Montana Fishburne due to her appearance in a sex-tape, Laurence Fishburne is paying for the lawyer and all other legal expenses of his daughter who at present is fighting an assault case.

A media source claims that Montana Fishburne who recently moved out of the house of Laurence Fishburne called him up last week for help and the actor had refused to speak to her unless and until she promises to mend her ways. However, rumors have been doing round over the web that Laurence Fishburne had hired an efficient lawyer named Shawn Chapman Holley to represent Montana Fishburne at the court. The father is not only paying the hefty fees of the lawyer, but also bearing all other legal expenses.

It was Shawn Chapman Holley who entered the plea in the Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday after a city attorney came forward with an amended complaint. Montana Fishburne has been charged with battery for allegedly attacking the ex-lover of her present boyfriend. Some media reports claimed that on Wednesday two new charges stemming from her February assault were brought against her. She has been charged for assault with deadly weapon and trespassing. However, Montana Fishburne has claimed not guilty of all the charges that have been levied against her. The next hearing is scheduled for Sept 28 reportedly.
