LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — Reality show star Melissa Joan Hart is back with a new television sitcom ‘Melissa & Joey’. As the name suggests Hart is pairing with Joey (Joey Lawrence), another popular face of small screen, with whom Hart had appeared in ‘Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Blossom’.

This new venture of Melissa Joan Hart will be a romantic comedy series for the ABC Family that premiered on Tuesday.

In ‘Melissa & Joey’, Hart is playing the character of a protective aunt, who has to look after the children of her sister, who is convicted with an imprisonment. On the other hand, Lawrence is in distress after losing both his home and money.

In an interview Hart said,
“He sees an opening. I’m just a domestically-challenged woman, a former bad girl who’s been thrown into a world where now I’ve got a new job as a politician and I’ve got these teenage kids I’m trying to raise and I have no idea what I’m doing,”
