LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — The fan’s favorite Mad Men is living up to its expectations in the current season. The last episode was a very bitter-sweet experience. Every one’s favorite Don ended up having sex with his office secretary. The fans wondered in that episode if this mistake would come back to haunt Don in the future. The Episode 3 of this season is titled “The Good News”

The new episode that aired last night we saw a worried Joan visit a gynecologist. She was concerned after futility after she was subjected to two abortions. Lane rejects advances from Joan. Don prepares for a New Year trip. He intends to make an overnight stop at Los Angeles before continuing to Acapulco. He visits Ana Draper while in Los Angeles. He later admits to Anna that he was relieved after he admitted his past to Betty. Don leaves Los Angeles after signing “Dick+Anna’ 64″ on the wall he painted.

Greg offers to stitch Joan’s hand. In one of the most heartfelt lines in the series Greg says.

I can’t fix anything else, but I can fix this

Don and Lane go out for a night out and is taunted by a comedian as Homosexual. Lane later comes to Don’s apartment with Janine, the friend of a call girl Candance and starts to kiss her. Don and Candance stay in the living room. Lane pays for his night with the girl to Don. He arrives late at office on Monday.

Fans can expect more of the stylized recreation of the 60’s era. The last season of this show was highly successful. This Episode might just be able to top the season in terms of quality. Catch the next episode titled “The rejected” next Sunday at 10 PM on AMC.
