Julia Roberts’ Hinduism Inclination

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Hollywood superstar Julia Roberts has revealed that she has embraced Hinduism after she had to spend considerable time in India while filming her latest movie “Eat, Pray and Love.” In an interview to a leading magazine, the “Pretty Woman” star has stated that she has become a practising Hindu and often visits temples in order to “chant and pray and celebrate” along with her family. The recent revelation made by the celebrated Hollywood diva has come as quite a surprise for her huge number of fans across the world as Julia Roberts was born to a Baptist and Catholic parents.
In the September issue of Elle magazine, the 42-year-old actress has divulged that not only is she an ardent believer in Hinduism, but she makes it a point that her entire brood comprising of husband Danny Moder and her three children, three-year-old Henry and five-year-old Phinnaeus and Hazel, go to a temple on a regular basis. However, it still remains unclear whether Julia Roberts has converted in Hinduism while she was in India for the filming of her yet-to-be released flick “Eat, Pray and Love.”
Apart from the revelation about her strong belief in Hinduism, in the interview to the magazine, Julia Roberts also expresses her dislike for botox as she feels artificial ways to make one look younger takes away the natural quotient of the face and makes it appear expressionless and frozen. The “Notting Hill” star contends that she wants to retain her natural look so that her kids are able to understand her expression.
