As I Lay Dying Announces Tour

August 7, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Grammy Award nominated metalcore group As I Lay Dying has just announced a fresh new set of tour dates in both North America and in Europe.

They are going to tour in order to support their latest album, ‘The Powerless Rise’. The album debuted on the Billboard Top 200 chart at the 10th position.

Come September 14th and the band will commence the tour from El Paso, TX. The band is supported by groups like All That Remains, Unearth, and Carnifex.

The tour will get the down south, throughout the whole of northeast, right before making its way towards the west through Canada. As you can understand, it’s going to be one lengthy tour! The show would end on the October 11 in Chico, CA. So, it’s almost a month that the band would be criss-crossing regions. The band will then initiate their European tours.

The band has just completed the ‘Cool Tour’ with supports from bands like Underoath, Between the Buried and Me, Blessthefall, The Acacia Strain, Architects, Cancer Bats, and War of Ages that started on August 1 in San Francisco.
