LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- It seems that animator and writer Seth MacFarlane knew it all. Seth MacFarlane, who is known famously for his creation “Family Guy” and his support for the gay and lesbian communities, has mentioned during a recent interview to a reputed magazine that anyone campaigning to keep the Proposition 8 ban in place should have known that their campaign is going to fail and the ban is going to be overturned. The interview which has been published in this week’s publication comes just at a time when the whole of United States is talking about the matter.

Seth MacFarlane has maintained in front of the interviewer that the most ridiculous thing about Proposition 8 is that such a ban is bound to be overturned. He added that the campaigners opposing the gay-marriage right have wasted around $ 40 million in the campaign which he thinks is equal to betting on Boston Red Sox. According to him “it’s a wasted money” as there is no force that can stop the civil-rights group from winning it. Seth MacFarlane said that the campaigners who want the ban to remain “have to sulk in a corner and accept the fact” that the same-sex marriages will happen. The optimistic animator added that every civil-rights conflict, be it concerned with black people, women or any other issues comes to end in a right way.

Seth MacFarlane is known famously for his funny television productions like “Family Guy”, “American Dad” and “The Cleveland Show”. The shows regularly come up with gay-themed jokes and address the issues like gay relationships and gay marriages. Apart from his world of creation, Seth MacFarlane had many a times in the past voiced his thoughts on same-sex relationship in public.
