Abhishek Bachchan Wins ‘Best Anchor Male Award 2010

July 10, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Abhishek Bachchan is definitely following the footsteps of his legendary father Amitabh Bachchan as he has bagged the ‘Best Anchor Male Award 2010’ for his debut show ‘National Bingo Night’ in Colors.

Raavan, the latest release of junior Bachchan, could not make it big at the box office but he got noticed as an anchor for the game show.

Ashwini Yardi, the programming head of Colors, has handed over the award to Abhishek at the event in Mumbai. He has got this talent inherited from his father and gave the game show a feel of larger than life. This achievement must have made Big B proud of his son.

Abhishek bonded with the ‘Chak Dhoom Dhoom’ kids very well and enjoyed fully. Even while at stage, he did not forget to mention about these talented kids of the dance show, who performed at the ceremony.

Colors will air the awards function today. These awards were given to recognize and salute the brilliance amongst the debutantes in television.
