LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Singer Nicole Scherzinger and her dance partner Derek Hough were declared “Dancing with the Stars” winner 2010. The decision though was being anticipated from the beginning of the show, there is no doubt that becoming the winner of “Dancing with the Stars” 2010 came as a surprise to Nicole Scherzinger as Evan Lysacek and Erin Andrews were not much behind. The Season 10 of “Dancing with the Stars” saw a tight competition and the final three Nicole Scherzinger, Evan Lysacek and Erin Andrews put their best show on the ballroom on Tuesday night’s tango round to win the final marks from the judges.

The finale of the “Dancing with the Stars” began with an Argentine tango dance round in which Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough went for a power packed performance and secured the first position with the Judges endowing them with a perfect score. Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya got 28 and Erin Andrews-Maksim Chmerkovskiy pair managed 26. Erin Andrews got eliminated and the two remaining pairs went for a second round of dancing. Nicole Scherzinger rocked the stage again with her performance and Judge Len Goodman went on to say that if there could be one winner of the “Dancing with the stars” then it should be none other than Nicole Scherzinger. The final scores of Nicole Scherzinger and Evan Lysacek were 115 and 108 respectively and combined with the viewer’s votes the “Dancing with the Stars” winner 2010 crown went without any doubt to Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough.

When Tom Bergeron, the host of the show announced the name of Nicole Scherzinger as the “Dancing with the Stars” winner 2010, she jumped and screamed and hugged her partner Derek Hough. Evan Lysacek who went for the second position said that he was “totally satisfied with everything we gave.”
