Los Angeles (GaeaTimes.com) - Caresse Henry has died of a suspected suicide, according to the gossip entertainment blog PerezHilton.com. Caresse Henry was also known as Caresse Henry Norman who managed Madonna’s career from 1997 to 2005. She was by Madonna during her movies such as Evita and Madonna’s Drowned World Tour in 2001. Her daughter also appeared in famous MTV performance as a flower girl when Madonna kissed Britney Spears and Christina Auguilera.
There were controversies surrounding Henry’s departure as Madonna’s manager and allegedly Madonna’s devotion to Kabbalah prompted her to fire her long term manager. Madonna said only a little about the leaving of her position as a manager.
The death detail of Caresse Henry have not been explained very well but Jimmy Demers of the Huffington Post thinks that,
I’m not sure what details lead her to this dark moment of hopelessness, and I’m not sure there was anything anyone could have done to save her
Perez Hilton wrote on his blog,
On a personal note, we never had the opportunity to meet Caresse but we did speak with her on the phone last year about a business opportunity and she shared with us that she had been reading our site since we started blogging back in 2004. AND, Henry also reminded us of how hard times were for us back then, when - broke and with little income - we asked our kind readers for donations. She told us that she had given us money back then and we were humbled and touched by her instantly. That is the kind and generous person that she was, her friends tell us. They are all shocked and crushed.
Madonna has not yet commented on Henry’s passing officially.
