As Hollywood mourns Brittany Murphy’s untimely demise, more clues are emerging about possible cause of her sudden death.

Rumors are circulating that actress Brittany Murphy has died the same way that Michael Jackson, Anna Nicole Smith, and Heath Ledger died - from a toxic combination of prescription drugs.

The 32-year-old star of Clueless and 8 Mile was found unconscious in her bathroom on Sunday, apparently after having a cardiac arrest. She was pronounced dead at 10:04 a.m. TMZ reported that, Murphy was suffering a breathing problem and abdominal pain in the week before she died.

According to TMZ, an investigator, noted that numerous bottles of prescription medications were found in Murphy’s name at the Hollywood Hills home

But, a spokesperson for the LA County coroner said there was no suspicion of foul play. An autopsy has been completed and reports will be revealed just after toxicology tests are completed.

Meanwhile, Brittany’s directors recalled her as a delightful professional to work with. Director Michael Feifer said, when shooting for his thriller ‘Abandoned’ in June, Murphy was lively, fully dedicated and healthy.

Brittany Murphy was born in Atlanta and brought up in New Jersey. Her parents got separated when she was still a toddler. Her mother Sharon, single handedly raised her. Brittany was married to screenwriter Simon Monjack.

Funeral plans for Brittany Murphy have not yet been finalized. Brittany Murphy’s father may not attend her funeral which is expected to take place Saturday or Sunday.
