Christopher Lee’s Dracula cape expected to fetch £30k at London auction

LONDON - The black cape worn by Christopher Lee in the 1958 hit Dracula is set to go under the hammer and is expected to fetch more than 30,000 pounds.
The woollen cape is presently in possession of Angels The Costumiers, which has 250 lots of film and TV costumes in its archive.
Angels chairman explained that the company’s warehouse was “approaching capacity, “and hence, putting the items for sale, reports the BBC.
The event will take place at Bonhams in London, where movie buffs can also try their luck buying outfits from Blackadder, Doctor Who and the Harry Potter films.
Apart from the cape a pair of waistcoats worn by Lee in 1976’s Dracula Pere Et Fils and a 1971 production of Sherlock Holmes will also be available for his fans. (ANI)
