WASHINGTON - Actress Farrah Fawcett has stopped receiving treatment for anal cancer and her condition remains stable.

The former Charlie’s Angels star was diagnosed with the disease back in 2006, and it has since spread to her liver.

“Ms. Fawcett’s condition has not changed. She is stable and remains under treatment by her doctor,” Fox News quoted a rep for Fawcett’s longtime companion Ryan O’Neal as telling Tarts.

The 62-year-old was previously praised by her doctor for her courage and clear thinking while battling cancer.

Meanwhile, her close friends and family have been keeping their fingers crossed and hoping for a miracle.

O’Neal recently said: “I’d like her to come to and come back, that’s what I’d like.” (ANI)
