MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Southern film director AR Murugadoss who shot into film after making the 2008 blockbuster Ghajini which was inspired by ‘Memento’ is in news again. This time it is for a film which will star the favorite action hero of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar. The second Hindi film of AR Murugadoss will be produced by Vipul Shah, a business associate and close buddy of actor Akshay Kumar. The producer does not want to reveal much about the upcoming film but it has been said that it will be an action packed film and the spending on the action sequences will be quite generous.

However, unlike his earlier hit ‘Ghajini’, the second film of the director staring Akshay Kumar is not a remake. The shooting of the upcoming film will commence on January next year. While he was shooting his earlier film the director was not capable of speaking Hindi. However, now he is brushing up his linguistic skills. It has not been revealed who will play the lead female actor in the movie, rumors suggest that Asin might be a choice for the role. Earlier Asin expressed her reluctance to be a part of another Akshay Kumar starrer ‘De Dana Dan’. The director also dropped hints that Asin is among the contenders for the female lead in the film. However, it is not finalized.

Apart from this film starring actor Akshay Kumar, director AR Murugadoss also wants to do a film with Shah Rukh Khan. The film with Akshay Kumar will have a romantic backdrop with a liberal dose of action too.
