‘Iron Man 2′ Generates Massive Hype

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Today a big budget Hollywood film starring some of the big actors of the industry is getting released world wide. This is the sequel to the 2008 hit “Iron Man”. The film ‘Iron Man 2′ has been getting the attention of the media for some time and this has helped the film in generating enough pre-release buzz in the industry. The initial reviews are mixed but the film industry veterans think that the hype will help the film in doing well at the box office. As is the case with any sequel, ‘Iron man 2′ will have to live up to the expectation of the fans who liked the first movie. There are plenty of elements in the sequel that can win the viewers over.
The plot is interesting with unexpected twists and two new characters are there as well. ‘Iron Man 2′ has cutting edge visual effects. While Robert Downey Jr. will be seen again in his armor suit flying through the sky and smashing his enemies, there are two leading ladies in the sequel. There was a rumor about a cold war among Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johansson but they brushed aside the rumor.
The opinion of the trade experts on the box office fate of ‘Iron Man 2′ is varied. Some of them think it will do better than the first movie in the opening weekend. However, Rotten Tomatoes has given it a 69% rating which does not look very impressive. The possibility of a third movie cannot be ruled out, given the way Hollywood directors want to cash in on a successful franchisee.
