NEW YORK (GaeaTimes.com)- Don Cheadle says his ‘Iron Man 2′ role is quoted with heavy improvisation. The actor told the media in a recent interview that his role demands heavy physical activity wearing the suit and moving around. As a matter of fact, Jeff Bridges had declared on a public note last year that Robert Downey Jr., who plays the lead in the movie happens to portray an improvised character. In other words his character was less into script which is the very same as in the case of Don Cheadle who replaces Terence Howard in the movie for the role of Jim Rhodes.

Don Cheadle said that his role in the movie demanded a sharp portrayal of the rift which takes place between two friends when they fight it out over the new suit of ‘Iron Man 2′. As a matter of fact Sam Rockwell and Olivia Munn also happened to mention to the media that their roles in the movie also went through heavy improvisations to make it appear flawless on the silver screen.

Don Cheadle felt that the storyline of ‘Iron Man 2′ took some time to sink into the actor and accordingly it became a little tricky for him to keep a track of the storyline. However, Don Cheadle also mentioned that his role in the movie was markedly different from his other roles and that he had a great time with his fellow actors on the sets. Don Cheadle said that it was a pleasure to work with Robert Downey Jr. who he feels is the only one who have done complete justice to his role.
