Paula Deen Hit In Face With Ham

Georgia- Celebrity chef Paula Deen became an unwilling recipient of one of the ham pieces that were being served at the “Hosea Feed the Hungry” in Georgia. It was a charity event in honor of Thanksgiving that went a bit out of hand, and completely in your face. As the pieces were being handed out to the ones who had lined up for them, one swerved out of the ordained path and made straight for Paula Deen, who was hit in the face with ham.
Paula Deen, who hosts a show in the Food Network, had attended the charity event in order to donate 25,000lbs of protein. As she stood supervising the handing out of the food, one of the helpers she had hired missed his target and hurled an eight pound piece of ham at the chef instead. Paula Deen was hit on the face with the ham, which landed right on her nose. She admitted later that it was more due to her own inaction that she was hit than the clumsiness of the worker. She confessed that she did not realize that the pieces were being thrown.
Like the event in Miami when her pants fell down in public, Paula Deen has taken the incident sportingly. She laughed while speaking about it, saying such an incident is quite acceptable if there are so many hams flying about. She even referred to this incident in her Twitter posts as her “ham-tastrophe.” Meanwhile, the video of “Paula Deen hit in the face with ham” has become one of the hottest searches on the internet.
