LONDON - Boyzone manager Louis Walsh has expressed his shock at the death of band member Stephen Gately.

“I’m in total shock - I didn’t sleep all night,” the Daily Star quoted him as saying.

“Everyone loved Stephen. He never made a single enemy in the business and never let me down. He was one of the nicest people you could meet.”

The X- Factor judge also revealed that the gay singer was writing a book.

He added: “He was writing a book, Boyzone was back together - verything was great.”

Walsh also confessed that the band’s reunion is now unclear.

He had first brought band together in 1993. (ANI)
