Heidi Klum files for name change

LONDON - German supermodel Heidi Klum who is married to singer Seal could soon become Mrs. Samuel, as she has filed legal papers to take on her husband’s last name.
The pregnant supermodel submitted documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court Monday in a bid to make the name change binding, reprots contactmusic.com.
A judge will sign off on the application by Nov 20.
