Mickey Rourke’s sloppy appearance at New York Fashion Week

LONDON - American actor Mickey Rourke reportedly stunned the crowd at the New York Fashion Week on September 15, when he appeared in a stained suit and confessed he was “still drunk”.

Rourke, 57, who returned to the limelight with his role in ‘The Wrestler’, caused heads to turn as he reportedly slurred while speaking to photographers who asked him to pose in between fashion shows.

The actor was asked why he would not smile by the reporters.

“(Because) I’m still drunk… I’m wearing the same suit I got from a bad movie I did seven years ago,” the Daily Express quoted him as having told the New York Post.

“It’s still got the stains from a bullet hole. I just put this colourful pocket square in front of the stain so nobody can tell,” he added. (ANI)
