Kerry Katona spent kids’ maintenance cash on drugs

LONDON - Kerry Katona, former pop singer of the girl band Atomic Kitten, receives $3,400-a-month maintenance by her ex-husband for their two daughters but she skimmed the money to buy drugs.
Brian McFadden gives maintenance money to Katona for their kids — Molly, 7, and Lilly Sue, 6, reported mirror.co.uk.
All her assets have been frozen. So that regular payment from Brian, which is protected from the bankruptcy order, was a temptation she just couldnt resist, said a source.
“She knew the money was untouchable. It goes towards the kids school fees and clothing and feeding them. she hasnt been spending every penny of it on drugs but shes made no secret of the fact shes been skimming off the top for herself, added the source.
Brians cash goes to an auditor who passes it to Katona because the bankruptcy order puts restrictions on her bank account.
