NEW DELHI - Scarlett Johansson may star in new film ‘My Week With Marilyn’, for she is said to be filmmakers’ favourite in the list that comprises other Hollywood hotties.

Director Simon Curtis and producer David Parfitt reportedly have Kate Hudson, Amy Adams and Michelle Williams in their mind too, the China Daily reports.

The movie will be adapted from the diary of Colin Clark, an employee of Laurence Olivier, who took care of Marilyn Monroe, when she reached London to film the helmer’s ‘The Prince and the Showgirl’ in 1957.

The notebook contains information about blonde’s trip around Queen Elizabeth’s private apartments at Windsor Castle, apart from other “behind-the-scenes” moments.

The excerpts of the diary were published in 1958 but Clarke had kept his writing of one particular week undisclosed, until it was finally released after his death in 2002.

The secret notes will now form the plot of the film.

British film writer Adrian Hodges has adapted the papers into a script. (ANI)
