LONDON - Actress Anne Hathaway was mortified when she found out that she will have to strip for sex scenes in her upcoming movie “Love and Other Drugs” with Jake Gyllenhaal.
While Gyllenhaal has described the film, which will release later this month, as a nude fest, Hathaway found it harder to cope with the scenes.
“It’s racy, very racy. I keep asking people if it is too sexy for them. However, it is just part of the job, that being said, it is intensely mortifying taking your clothes off in front of other people, but it is also intensely mortifying doing a lot of things in front of people and I’ve learned how to deal with that,” dailymail.co.uk quoted Hathaway as saying.
Hathaway plays a woman suffering from Parkinson’s Disease who falls in love with a Viagra salesman, played by Gyllenhaal.
“We had already had fake onscreen sex before in “Brokeback Mountain” so it came naturally, we just had to do it again,” Gyllenhaal said.
