LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The latest episode of the reality series on CBS “Undercover Boss” showcased the CEO of Frontier Airlines, Bryan Bedford. In the latest episode of the hit reality series, the regular viewers of the show got the chance to witness the CEO take up the responsibilities of his employees and work as just another worker in one of the flights operated by his company. The Frontier Airlines CEO had noted that when one is doing a job for the very first time, he is bound to make many mistakes, a fact that Bryan Bedford himself proved during his reality show stint.
The Frontier Airlines CEO’s performance on “Undercover Boss’ was not without goof-ups as while working as a cross-utilization agent, Bryan Bedford forgot to count the number of luggages which turned out to be a major problem. As the episode further unfolded, the viewers were left glued to the television screens as the Frontier Airlines CEO took up the responsibilities of a flight attendant but despite his earnest efforts to do everything right, the undercover boss goofed-up in more occasions than one. First, Bryan Bedford delayed the departure of the flight by talking excessively to the customers and the safety demonstration that he displayed later on the flight could be described as anything but flawless.
In spite of all the goof-ups, the “Undercover Boss” experience was definitely an opportunity that enabled the Frontier Airlines CEO to take a closer look at the trials and tribulations that his workers have to face every single day and learn things about his company that would not have been possible to understand from boardrooms.
