LOS ANGELES (Gaea Times.com - The new season of “Desperate Housewives” premiered on Sunday on ABC and has brought back Ricardo Antonio Chavira in his role of Carlos Solis, husband of Gabrielle Solis (played by Eva Longoria Parker). This season it seems that the couple have some secrets which they are hiding from each other and if it comes out, it would have some devastating effects. Ricardo Antonio Chavira got unprecedented acclaim and recognition for his role of Carlos Solis in “Desperate Housewives” in which he first starred in 2004. He is known for his great onscreen chemistry with Eva Longoria Parker. His fans will be more than happy to see him back in the “Desperate Housewives” series.

Ricardo Antonio Chavira learns that the daughter he has with his wife is not his biological daughter. The twist comes when he learns that there was a mix up at the hospital when Juanita was born. Carlos Solis though himself surprised by the news after all these years decided to keep it a secret from his wife Gaby as it would break her heart. The show had a new member in the form of Vanessa Williams and reportedly the season premiere was an instant hit.

There seems to be great expectations from Ricardo Antonio Chavira who first appeared on the show in 2004 as Gaby’s husband. Since then the actor has been widely recognized for his convincing role in the series as is evident from his recasting in the show. The season of “Desperate Housewives” appeared to be full of twist and turns with hopefully many more surprises in store.
