Tom Joyner Morning Show About Bishop Eddie Long

Los Angeles (GaeaTimes.com) - The Tom Joyner Morning Show airs in over 100 markets. It has an audience of more than 8 million. It has always maintained its role by making Black America informed, involved and empowered by the facts. It has provided with the stories that its listeners want to hear.

The press conference which was scheduled will be preceded by Long’s appearance on the show of Joyner. On September 23rd, Thursday morning, the Tom Joyner Morning Show will talk exclusively with Bishop Eddie Long. It will be aired at 7:15 am ET.

Long has been charged with crime of sexual indecency by 3 male members of his assembly. He was associated with New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta. After Long’s appearance on the Joyner show, there will be a scheduled press conference Thursday morning as well.

Art Frankin, his spokesman, says that he is unconditional and stubbornly refuses these allegations. Frankin said that there had been lot of chatter regarding those complains. Previously there was a report about one of the men whose name is Anthony Flagg aged 21. He alleged that in recent years Long took him on overnight trips to a half-dozen American cities.

According to the suit, Long had shared a bedroom. He was engaged in intimate sexual contact with plaintiff Flagg. It includes kissing, massaging, masturbating of plaintiff Flagg by defendant Long and oral sexual contact.

The other man, Maurice Murray Robinson, 20, claims Long took him to Auckland, New Zealand, in October 2008 for his 19th birthday and engaged in oral sex with him. Robinson’s suit alleged that after the New Zealand trip, defendant Long regularly engaged in sexual touching. He was also associated with other sexual acts with plaintiff Robinson. The Tom Joyner Morning Show folks then went in a poll in their website about the Bishop Eddie Long.
