Bishop Eddie Long Scandal Story

Los Angeles (GaeaTimes.com) - The bishop of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, Atlanta Eddie Long has been accused of doing sexual coercion to his fellow younger male members three years ago. Pastor Eddie Long has been accused of coercing two male members into having sex.

One of the victim is Anthony Flagg, is a 21-year-old man who was 18 when the alleged incident happened back in three years. He alleges that the misconduct happened during overnight trips to various cities. According to Lawsuit,

Long shared a bedroom and engaged in intimate sexual contact with plaintiff Flagg, including kissing, massaging, masturbating of plaintiff Flagg by defendant Long and oral sexual contact.

The lawsuit also accused Long in some other severe act like negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and so on. The lawsuit has been filed on Tuesday in DeKalb County Court. The lawsuit also claimed that Long had been using his authority of bishop to the new and younger member of the church and apparently bring them to a point of engaging in a sexual relationship

The other victim Maurice Murray Robinson, who was 20 now, was taken to Auckland, New Zealand with the pastor for his 19th birthday. The powerful pastor Long allegedly convinced him and reportedly had sexual acts with him during the trip. Long’s Lawyer Craig Gillen has said that Long has not given any charge sheet to yet.

The sexual controversy is not the first one in Long’s way. He had been accused of mishandling of funds on August 28, 2005. Bishop Eddie Long Ministries Inc, a non-profitable charity had given Long $3.7 million, benefits and use of property.
