A representative for KELLY OSBOURNE has dismissed rumours the star has been secretly dating actor CHACE CRAWFORD.

Britain’s Daily Mail Online claimed earlier this week (begs13Sep10) the pair had been meeting up regularly in New York recently.

The romance speculation came just months after Osbourne split from her model fiance Luke Worrall in July (10) amid allegations he cheated on her.
But a rep for Ozzy’s daughter has laughed off the reports she’s dating the Gossip Girl hunk, telling GossipCop.com It’s not true.
