LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The VMAs 2010 saw some of the most bizarre fashions on the red carpet. With Lady Gaga wearing three different costumes, almost all of them outrageous and shocking, and taking home some of the most prestigious awards of the evening, little was left for her contemporaries to do. The biggest competition to the ‘Bad Romance’ star came in the form of yesteryear’s pop sensation Cher. The 64 year old singer was seen in a see through dress complemented by a leather jacket. Fans all over the world have been scrambling the web ever since awards ceremony to find out the age of the brave star.

64 year old Cher appeared on the red carpet in what can best be described as a dress straight out of a strip-club. The black see through left little to the imagination and Cher was seen sporting her signature black curly hair as well. Considering that her age difference with most of the attendees of the VMA was over 3 decades, Cher made a statement that only a few can dream of at that age.

The dress reminded the fans of the Cher’s 1989 hit ‘If I Could Turn Back Time’ where she wore a similar costume. The costume she wore at the VMAs on September 12 was an updated version of the controversial one from two decades and Cher managed to pull it off this time as well. Cher was also seen sporting enough about her age at the awards. She was on stage to present an award to the meat wearing Lady Gaga and said that she is the oldest chick with the big hair and the littlest costume.
