MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Today the much awaited Prakash Jha directed political thriller ‘Rajneeti‘ releases all over India. The film created enough pre release buzz owing to its theme and characters and the early reviews are mostly positive. The director had to face some problems as congress party workers allegedly threatened him and two petitions were filed in court seeking a stay on tits release. However, he stood his ground and the movie got the clearance from the court. Now the director is somewhat relaxed and he said in a recent interview that he is planning for shooting his next film. Many eyebrows were raised when he selected actress Katrina Kaif for playing a pivotal role in the film but as it has turned out the actress has stunned everyone with her Hindi dialogues and wonderfully understated performance in it.

Prakash Jha, the director of the movie ‘Rajneeti‘ is quite impressed with the performance of Katrina Kaif and said that he will cast her in his next flick too. He said that he always believed in the actress and rubbished the critics who said she was not capable of portraying deglamorised and serious role.

The director of the movie ‘Rajneeti‘ revealed that his next flick will be titled ‘Aarakshan’. It will have the major stars used in ‘Rajneeti’ and Katrina Kaif will be a part of it too. However, he admitted that not everything is finalized on the next film. The actress has not yet confirmed but he is sure the script will motivate her to get into the film. The fans of the actress can then expect another powerhouse performance.
