MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Model turned actress Katrina Kaif who is rated among the most sought after actresses in India has reportedly become too pricey and the latest buzz is that she has developed a penchant for walking out of plum projects at the last moment. In a latest development the glamorous actress has walked out of the upcoming Prakash Jha film ‘Aarakshan’. Incidentally, the actress was part of the director’s earlier film ‘Rajneeti’ which turned out to be a blockbuster earlier this year. The actress also received tons of critical acclaims for her performance in the film which presented her in a de-glamorized and serious role.

Actress Katrina Kaif had signed on the film ‘Aarakshan’ soon after the release and stupendous success of ‘Rajneeti’. As one can understand the director is miffed at her for doing a turnaround but he has not spoken against her so far and maintained a silence. The film is another political thriller and it also has veteran Bollywood actors Ajay Devgan and Amitabh Bachchan in it. Earlier last month the actress said no to ace director duo Abbas Mustan for their remake of The Italian Job. This happened despite the fact that she was given a plum role in the film. She also refused to work with director Anees Bazmee who gave her chances in hit films like ‘Singh is King’ and ‘Welcome’.

The actress is all geared up to start shooting for the upcoming Yash Raj productions film which also has stars like Ali Zafar and Imran Khan. There is no denying the fact that Katrina Kaif is being offered top scripts despite her so called starry tantrums.
