LAS VEGAS (GaeaTimes.com)- Celebrity chef Jose Andres will very soon unveil two new restaurants at the happening Cosmopolitan area of Las Vegas city. The renowned chef, originally from Spain, has given a taste of the original Spanish cuisine to the residents of Washington D.C. through the famous Spanish dishes found in his restaurants. In fact it is this Spanish “Jaleo” restaurant which he will open in Las Vegas shortly.

Jose Andres is not only a master chef but also a cookbook writer. His recipes are savored worldwide, bringing to his kitty several awards from all across the world. So it is but natural that the people of Las Vegas are expectantly waiting for the delectable dishes from the chef. While preparations for the opening of both restaurants are still on, Jose Andres has revealed that his new restaurants in Las Vegas will cater to the guests at the luxury resort that will soon start operating at the Strip from the month of December this year.

While one of the restaurants will serve Spanish dishes, the other will serve a Mexican and Chinese menu. So what is so special about the new ventures of Jose Andres? The chef says that one of the places will serve paella cooked on wood-fire. The other will boast of shumai wrapped in mango and fresh water chestnuts rather than the canned variety which is available at all other outlets.

Jose Andres has traveled the world promoting traditional Spanish fare. Many of his travels have also taken him to China. So, reportedly Jose Andres plans to open his next restaurant in China.
