A sexual harassment lawsuit against STEVEN SEAGAL has been put on hold after his lawyer requested the matter be heard by an arbitrator.

Ex-model Kayden Nguyen is suing the Under Siege actor for $1 million (£666,000), claiming he used her “like a sex toy” and expected her to pleasure him sexually after landing a job as his executive assistant.

But the scandal has stalled - top Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer has filed a motion to compel arbitration, arguing that Nguyen must have her claims heard by an arbitrator under the terms of her employment contract with Seagal.

Singer tells E! Online, “Last Friday, we filed the motion to stay the lawsuit. We filed an arbitration against Nguyen on Monday. Yesterday the court granted our ex parte application to stay the case pending the hearing on our motion to stay the case being heard in May.”

The Seagal sex scandal took an unusual turn this week after two women submitted sworn declarations to boost Nguyen’s case - and one of the alleged victims was reportedly identified as the granddaughter of late soul legend Ray Charles.
