Miley Cyrus’ sister, 9, raises eyebrows with Dominatrix-esque Halloween dress

MELBOURNE - Miley Cyrus’ little sister Noah has come under fire after she was snapped wearing a racy dominatrix-inspired Halloween costume.
The nine-year-old star arrived at a Halloween fundraiser wearing a body-hugging lace mini dress, platform knee-high PVC boots and a full face of make-up.
Her vampire-type costume was worn at the red carpet event held to raise money for the US Children Affected by Aids Foundation.
A Google image search of “adult dominatrix costumes” uncovered outfits that bore strong resemblance to Cyrus’ costume and were sold on websites like adultsfancydress.co.uk.
Disney Girl editor Fiona Wright said suggesting Noah’s outfit had ‘dominatrix’ style was a “reasonable assumption”.
Wright said she would not run these pictures in her magazine, despite the star being popular with their tween audience.
“All the girls we cover in the magazine, we make sure they are tween friendly and their outfits are something that is appropriate. Being a Disney publication we stress family values and no, we definitely wouldn’t run these pictures,” News.com.au quoted Wright as saying.
“Her parents would have given her the OK, and all responsibility should have been directed back on them. They would have known these pictures would have ended up in magazines and they shouldn’t have allowed her to wear something like this,” she added. (ANI)
