LONDON - Stunner Naomi Campbell has gone topless for a new Dolce and Gabbana fragrance ad. The 39-year-old catwalk queen bared all to promote the latest perfume from D and G, with just hands covering her modesty, reports the Sun.

Meanwhile, Campbell has rubbished claims that she is contemplating retirement in a bid to start a family.
It was reported that Campbell is keen to experience motherhood and would leave her career to settle down with billionaire beau Vladislav Doronin.
