Katrina Darrell has not made peace with Kara DioGuardi

WASHINGTON - American singer Katrina “Bikini Girl” Darrell has still not made peace with judge Kara DioGuardi, after telling the latter off during her audition in Phoenix, Arizona.

Darrell, 21, and DioGuardi had put on a surprise performance together on May 20’s “Idol” finale, but things still did not go smoothly between them.

“I tried to smooth things over, but I still think she has some animosity towards me,” Fox News quoted Darrell as saying before the show.

“I don’t know why, I don’t hate her, I think she’s pretty and a good songwriter, and we could have been friends. I was the one who reached out to her last time so now it’s her turn,” she stated.

But during their on-stage duet, DioGuardi was the one who tried to make nice and hug Darrell several times, and it was she who clearly held back.

According to an inside source, Darrell was very upset that DioGuardi “took over her song” and caught her off-guard on live television. (ANI)
