Gadar features strong performances by its entire starcast as well as superhit music with songs like Udd ja kaale kawa, Musaafir jaane wale and Main nikla gaddi leke.

However Dada Thakur does not realize that his army of three has only agreed to join him so that they could enjoy freedom, away from the prison and from death.

This film, directed by the Showman Subhash Ghai was a blockbuster.
